This policy explains what information Local Home Services (operated by Blue Dot Marketing LLC) collects and how it is used.

Who we are
Local Home Services is a connection service operated by Blue Dot Marketing LLC (“we,” “us”). We connect callers with independent pest control, HVAC and plumbing providers. We do not perform pest control, HVAC or plumbing services.
Information we collect
- Call information. When you call a number on this site, our call-tracking partner records details such as the number you dialed, your caller ID, call time and duration, and general location, so calls can be connected and measured.
- Form information. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email, phone, and message you submit, so we can respond.
- Service request form. If you use our service request form, we collect your first name, mobile number, ZIP code, the service you need, and any description of the problem you enter, along with the page you were on, your IP address, browser user agent, and advertising identifiers passed in the URL (for example click IDs and campaign parameters), so we can handle your request, including checking whether a local company is available in your area.
- Usage and marketing data. We use privacy-first web analytics and advertising tools that may collect page views, device and browser type, referring pages, and advertising identifiers passed in the URL (for example click IDs and campaign parameters).
How we use information
- To connect your call with an appropriate local provider.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website.
How information is shared
- Pest control, HVAC and plumbing providers you are connected with, so they can assist you.
- Call network. When you submit a service request, we send your ZIP code and the service you need to our call network to check whether a local company is available in your area. We do not send your name, phone number, or problem description.
- Service providers that help us operate, including call-tracking, analytics, advertising, bot-protection, and form-delivery vendors.
- Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell the personal information you provide through our contact form or service request form.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses privacy-first analytics and advertising pixels. You can control cookies through your browser settings; note that some features may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.
Your choices
You can opt out of many advertising cookies through your browser or industry opt-out tools, and you can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted through our contact form or service request form by contacting us.
Phone calls
When you call a number on our website, your call may be answered by an automated assistant and then connected to an independent local pest control, HVAC or plumbing company. Calls may be monitored and recorded. To connect and route your call, we and our call-routing partners collect your phone number, the approximate location associated with your number or device, the time and length of the call, and the call recording, and we share this information with the call network and the company that handles your call. We may also use automated tools to transcribe and analyze calls to improve our service.
Live chat
Our website offers a live chat feature provided by a third-party service, tawk.to. If you use the chat, we and our chat provider collect the messages you send and technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you were viewing, and your approximate location based on your IP address. Chats may be monitored, recorded, and stored to respond to you, improve our service, and keep records. Please do not share sensitive information (such as payment, financial, or health information) in chat. By using the chat, you consent to this collection and recording. Information processed by our chat provider is also subject to its privacy policy.
Text messages (SMS)
When you submit a request on our website, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent choice (the date and time, whether the box was checked, your IP address, browser user agent, the page, and the consent wording shown to you), along with the messages we send and their delivery status. If you check the optional consent box, we may send you one text message with information about your request, including the number to reach a local company. We use this information only to handle your request, to send the message you requested, to honor opt-out requests, and to keep records of your consent. We send one message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact us at jeff@bluedot-marketing.com. We use a service provider (Twilio) to send text messages on our behalf. We keep consent records for at least five years.
If you call one of our numbers and the call disconnects before you reach a provider, we may send one text message to the number you called from with the number to call back. We do not send marketing messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
