Local Home Services, operated by Blue Dot Marketing LLC, is a service that connects callers with independent pest control providers. We do not perform pest control services and are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.
No warranty on provider work
We do not employ, endorse, or supervise the providers you are connected with, and we do not warrant or guarantee any work they perform. Any agreement, pricing, scheduling, and results are strictly between you and the provider.
Use of this site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the call or contact features. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice. Any people shown in photos are models, not service providers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Dot Marketing LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from services performed by any provider you are connected with.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
